ABOUT ME

Hello! My name is Nettie, and my life is a rich tapestry woven with many fulfilling roles. I am a devoted mom to two adventurous boys, a loving wife, a proud veteran, a caring daughter, a supportive sister, and a loyal friend. Each of these roles has shaped who I am today and fueled my passion for helping others.

In January 2021, my life took an unexpected turn when I was diagnosed with stage 1 breast cancer. This experience drastically altered my path and led me to leave my corporate job to cultivate a seed that God had planted in me. My journey was initially filled with confusion and frustration as I searched for answers outside of myself. However, I soon discovered that the solutions were within me all along.

This realization ignited a mission within me to empower others to find their inner strength and take control of their health and happiness. I want to help others avoid the hopelessness I felt and provide them with the tools and knowledge to make informed decisions about their wellbeing. I firmly believe that our health and happiness are often reactions to our actions, and we have more control over our lives than we are led to believe.
